To subscribe to any course at Lanka Virtual Academy you will require an email-id, and be required to create a password during the registration process. The given email-id and the created password will prove to be your credential to access your subscription account at Lanka Virtual Academy.

To register, simply visit the “Courses” page and click on the relevant “Take This Course” button. Once clicked, you will be prompted with the Course Registration Form which will be comprised of very few fields to fill out. Upon submitting the registration form you will be sent an email to your registered email address immediately. The email message will confirm your selected course of study and the relevant subscription fees. In addition, you will be prompted with a link to click in order to verify the authenticity of your email address and to provide you with further payment and course activation instructions.

Within minutes from the receipt of your due subscription fees payment confirmation, you will have your login credential to Lanka Virtual Academy activated.

Students can join Lanka Virtual Academy literally at any time of the year! Our courses are based on a 365 days subscription lifecycle which provides the students the freedom to subscribe to our offerings at any given time of the year without losing a single penny, as Lanka Virtual Academy allows students to switch course whenever they are being promoted to the next grade. This will allow the students to consume the full 365 days of subscription lifecycle at the same time keeping parallel with their designated school curriculum.

The term begins immediately upon settlement of the subscription fees and the consequent activation of access to the subscribed courseware. The validity of subscription will continue until the first anniversary of the subscription i.e. 365 days from the subscription date. At the conclusion of the 12 months term, the students will be required to renew the subscription by paying the relevant course fees for the next 365 days to avail our services.

Yes, the Subscriber deserves the right to cancel the subscription within 14 days from the course activation date without giving any reason whatsoever.  In such cases, 50 percent of the total subscription fees paid will be refunded. Should the subscriber cancel the subscription after 14 days, the course fees charged is non-refundable and the subscriber’s service will continue until the end of the billing period unless the subscriber requests the removal of his or her account from our system.

2. Select  Your Name at the top right of My Course page
3. On the prompted Change Password form enter your new information in the appropriate fields
4. Select Save to confirm changes

Yes, you can log in to your account at Lanka Virtual Academy from any internet-connected computer or mobile device. However, you can only be logged in to one computer or device at a time.

Taking the users convenience into consideration and in order to simplify the registration process we have not set any restriction on creating a password however, we highly recommend that the subscriber choose the strongest password possible to protect his/her account. The following guideline can be used to create an ideal password:

• Include at least six characters
• Include at least one letter and one number
• Not repeat the same character more than two times in a row
• Not include white spaces

If you cannot remember your password, please follow these steps:

2. Click on the Forgot Password button
3. Fill out your registered email address at Lanka Virtual Academy in the given field and press the Submit button.
