Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or parallel capacity.
• Strong knowledge on IT with Business Development and Marketing experience. Adequate understanding of IT products and services. Should be willing to sail in unfamiliar waters if need arises. Should have a good exposure to latest technologies and solutions.
• Must be very pro-active and persuasive with leads and clients. Strong adherence to protocols / standards. This job requires special commitment and dedication.
• Self motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English / Sinhala, both spoken and written. Applicant should have high proficiency in maintaining clean & professional communication via phone/email with leads. Proficiency in other languages are an added advantage.
• Ability to take responsibility (good team players) - MUST. Dedication & strong commitment to meet goals.

• Research and build relationships with new clients.

• Account management, Project management and People management.
• Working with other departments & internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
